Open Positions	ブランドマネージャー
Job Description	複数店舗をまとめるマネージャーポジションのオファーです。社内業務としては担当店舗の店長サポート、採用人事、教育育成とその他付帯業務。社外業務としては既存取引先との販促や商材の交渉、折衝や新規お取引の営業など。ブランドの「仕掛け側」にも関わる事が出来る大きな裁量のもと幅広い業務に携わる、責任とやりがいのあるポジションです。
Work Location	本社（東京都渋谷区東）＊出張あり
Working Time	9:30-18:30＊出張時は出張先店舗に準ずる
Salary	会社規定に準ずる
Raise / Bonus	人事考課(年2回実施、給与見直し年1回)、決算賞与(会社の業績により支給)
Allowances	役職手当、能力手当、その他各種あり
Benefits	社会保険完備、交通費支給(会社規定内)、有給休暇、産休、その他あり
Holidays	週休2日制＊イレギュラーあり

Job Description	弊社に在籍する全スタッフの教育全般とその他付帯業務。新規入社スタッフへの研修や社員試験、人事考課の実施、コンプライアンスや店舗ラウンドによる継続的な店舗スタッフのサポート。様々な環境(店舗)、個性をもったスタッフがいるなか一人ひとりと向き合いマネージャーと協力し高い販売スキルの落とし込みから質の高いサービス提供につなげます。人と関わることが好きな方、冷静に物事を判断できる方。
